"⭐ Very disappointed with the handling of my cancellation and refund.

I submitted my cancellation request in writing on December 16, 2025, but the policy was not processed correctly. I later received a refund check in March, but the cancellation/refund was calculated based on a February cancellation date instead of my original December request.

This resulted in approximately two months of premiums that I believe should have been refunded. I have attempted multiple times to resolve this with State Farm and requested a corrected adjustment, but the issue remains unresolved.

After reviewing other low-rated experiences, it appears I am not the only customer who has had concerns regarding billing and refund issues.

At this point, I am moving forward with a complaint to the State Insurance Bureau because I believe the correct refund should have been issued instead of requiring multiple follow-ups and escalation.

Customers trust their insurance agent to handle policies, cancellations, and money accurately. This has been a very disappointing experience."
