Diana isn't just trying trying to reach rush you off the phone, sell you anything but rather making sure it fits your needs, she went the extra mile by not only helping me get the best price and coverage (with my teen son) but also explaining the policy and how things work here in Virginia. And if that wasn't good enough, she told me that towing and roadside assistance are also included in my policy. DUDE WHAT?!?!?! She made my day! In addition the chemistry, the personal interaction, great attitude and knowledge of the market is at the top, we are so glad we had her assist us through the process, she fully understood our needs and wants, walked us through the pros and cons every step of the way with open communication. She was always ready with encouragement when we needed it, and she was willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly without me asking. She's a GOAT in her field, she also handles commercial insurance as well."
